They won’t spread a whole lot, so you don’t need a huge amount of space in between them. Gently pat them out onto a greased baking sheet. I like to use a measuring tablespoon to form each cookie, so they’ll all be the same size and pretty. Finally stir in flour mixture and water till combined. Then cream coconut oil and brown sugar together with mixer. Soften up coconut oil in the microwave almost to liquid stage. Mix together dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 11 minutes. I like to use a measuring tablespoon to form each cookie.
